Hello, I am Katie, the owner of Rascals of Woburn.

Rascals has been such a joy to create and expand. I just love dogs and I couldn’t think of a better job! I hold qualifications in both City & Guilds and OCN Dog Grooming Level 2 and 3. I have12 years experience working with animals and grooming to a high industry standard. My precious dog Maggie is my world and has been the Rascals mascot for the past 12 years.

I truly love everything about Rascals, from the furry friends I’ve made along the way, to the humans too. Our team really makes Rascals a happy and wonderful place for customers and their dogs to come to. We are grateful every day to both our customers and their pooches as without them we really would have nothing to do all day!

Second attempt having my dogs groomed and after talking to them about not using whatever they used last time to shampoo my dogs, I am now paying for emergency vetinarian treatment to treat my dogs skin irritation and open sores. Was told not to worry as they use hyper allergenic shampoo but the problem reoccurred. I bath them in normal dog shampoo with no issues so something they use is effecting my dogs. Asked to change it and now paying for the privilege of them ignoring my concerns. Will not be going back.

A sensibly priced grooming salon in Woburn high street .The girls are always extremely friendly and your dog always has a warm welcome .I have a poodle and his cut is always beautiful and consistent on every visit .They have a diary system which alerts you a couple of days beforehand of your appointment and payment is by card which is all very convenient .The team of girls are always upbeat and enthusiastic and take great care to make my dog look like a show class winner .. thank you 😀

I’ve been bring our puppy to Rascals every 2 weeks ever since she was 12 weeks old. She absolutely loves coming to see the team and is always treated with the best care and attention. She comes out looking so tidy and smart and gorgeous and I’m sure she walks with her head a little higher!

I have just had my flatcoated retriever groomed at Rascals and I am thrilled with how he looks. The staff listened to my requests especially about his ear trimming and he looked gorgeous when we picked him up. Thanks
